Balanced training utilizes principles of positive and negative consequences that are appropriate for the moment. We use praise, food, treats, and toys for rewards and motivation, and take the time to see which is the most valuable to your dog to get the fastest response. Just as your dog chooses their reward they also choose their correction which will typically be the withholding of rewards and a leash correction.
Our goal is not only to create clear communication between owner and dog but to better the relationship you have with your pet and ensure they are living a fulfilled life. In order to do this each dog that trains with Buddy's Place Canine Behavior is going to get a customized approach aimed at teaching obedience, boundaries, and correcting problem behaviors.
Size, age, and temperament don't stop a dog from needing training, Any dog can benefit from the boundaries and mental stimulation that training provides.
